they love this tunnel almost as much as the swingset... isn't it funny how a left over construction remnant (or a cardboard box) can bring so much happiness? just so you know, i have considered making them wear helmets while they log roll down the hill. hayden would make a pretty good lumberjack someday...
andy is constantly requesting black & white nature pictures...
when i saw these baby lilacs budding, i knew it was time to break out
court took her first real bike ride last night... since she's finally got the whole peddling thing down, we were able to take jane for a walk around the block. she wanted me to "ride my own bike", but I was pretty sure she would need some help along the way. she peddled slowly uphill while she concentrated on where she was going and then zoomed downhill with her head turned to the side.... "oh look! there's a bug!" (off the sidewalk, into the grass... you get the picture) she did take one pretty good fall, but got right back up to do it again... i absolutely adore her determination!
i can't even remember what they were laughing about saturday morning. i did find some pictures of spongebob on the table later that day...
these boys have been friends forever and get along like brothers... there was lots of talk of camping this summer with their friend gabe. can't wait...
i've been working on my new website all week, so i'm getting anxious to publish it! since my mac website will be history soon, i decided to dust off my old, neglected, never-finished blog....
